1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropWatch (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. PropWatch is operated as an educational community for prop trading enthusiasts.

2. Educational Purpose Only

PropWatch is an educational platform. Nothing on the Platform — including strategies, leaderboards, payouts, creator content, comments, or AI-generated reviews — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Bots and automated registration are prohibited.

4. Creator Content

Creators on PropWatch are independent users, not employees or agents of PropWatch. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the performance of any creator strategy. Purchasing creator content gives you a non-transferable, personal-use license to view that content — not ownership.

5. Community Payouts

Payouts displayed on the leaderboard are community-submitted. PropWatch performs automated and manual verification but cannot guarantee authenticity. Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment and motivation only.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading forged, altered, or fraudulent payout certificates.
• Posting illegal, harmful, defamatory, or harassing content.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Platform.
• Sharing purchased strategy content with non-purchasers.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or engagement.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including without prior notice for serious violations (fraud, abuse, security threats).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Trading is risky and you can lose money. PropWatch makes no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropWatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading capital arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
